We are a very lean company that relies heavily on the power of community.

One of the main reasons why we are able to run our online program throughout many different timezones is because we have amazing mentors that are spread around the world and working at the top tech companies. You can read more on the role of mentors at Outtalent here.

We are based in San Francisco, but our team is remote. Since we have fellows in several different locations, we get to visit cities and hold events in the cities around the world.
