We are a very lean company that relies heavily on the power of our community.
One of the main reasons why we are able to run our online program throughout many different timezones is because we have amazing mentors that are spread around the world and working at the top tech companies. You can read more on the role of mentors at Outtalent here.
Our core team is based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan but we have remote team members too. Since we have fellows in several different locations, we get to visit cities and hold events in the cities around the world.
We aim to build a community of kind, smart people who help each other achieve big goals faster.
