Outtalent helps the top 1% of software engineers from around the world get jobs at companies like Google.
These are key principles that drive us and make us most unique.
We charge our clients only if they get what they want.
We strive for a culture where people help each other achieve more.
We aim high and want everyone to achieve big goals, inspiring others to do the same.
We focus on world-class talent that have been historically overlooked, underpaid, and undervalued.
We are a very lean company that relies heavily on the power of community.
One of the main reasons why we are able to run our online program throughout many different timezones is because we have amazing mentors that are spread around the world and working at the top tech companies. You can read more on the role of mentors at Outtalent here.
We are based in San Francisco, but our team is remote. Since we have fellows in several different locations, we get to visit cities and hold events in the cities around the world.
We aim to build a community of kind, smart people who help each other achieve big goals faster.
