📝 The job

As a Storytelling Coach at Outtalent, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one sessions with fellows to identify and communicate key strengths, accomplishments, stories.
• Coach fellows on storytelling structures so they can easily articulate their experience while engaging the interviewer.
• Learn about companies' culture and interview processes to help match candidates to roles.

<aside> 📌 This is a freelancer job, you will get paid per fellow you prepare (rather than per hour you spend with them), and it usually takes 2-3 hours to prepare each fellow. Rates vary according to experience and background.
