📝 The job

As a Resume Reviewer at Outtalent, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one sessions with fellows, go over their experiences and achievements, extract the real value, and translate it into a clear, concise, and palpable text.
• Review fellows' resumes after they incorporate feedback from the one-on-one session.
• Polish or rewrite entries if needed so they are clear and engaging to hiring managers.
• Coach fellows on how to improve their written English for recruiter communication.
