What is Outtalent?

Outtalent is a startup and an accelerated mentorship program focused on helping experienced software engineers around the world get jobs in big tech companies like Google.

Our broader goal and mission is to build a high-quality sustainable service to help people of all professions from all countries pursue, find, and get a job in a place they will prosper.

Our results

In Summer 2019, we graduated from YCombinator and got funding from multiple other top funds and angels globally. Since then we helped people from North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Asia got hundreds of offers in top tech companies like Google, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, Stripe, and Jane Street.

Why do we need a recruiter?

Thousands of engineers around the world apply to join Outtalent. We admit only a small percentage of them based on their skills and motivation. We need someone to interview them and answer their questions.
