Why do we need an Operations Manager?

Our business is growing across the globe very quickly and, for the first time, we have enough responsibilities to dedicate a full role to it.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations (payments, email, passwords, physical mail etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors in the US and Kyrgyzstan to manage accounting, taxes, employee & contractor life-cycle (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, salaries, grants)
• Manage office operations — maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies (including paper, plants, and other essentials), and oversee key and access management
• Support various educational operations & logistics (such as scheduling), as needed
