What is Outtalent?

Outtalent is a startup and an accelerated mentorship program focused on helping experienced software engineers around the world get jobs in big tech companies like Google.

Our broader goal and mission is to build a high-quality sustainable service to help people of all professions from all countries pursue, find, and get a job in a place they will prosper.

Our results

In Summer 2019, we graduated from YCombinator and got funding from multiple other top funds and angels globally. Since then we helped people from North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Asia got hundreds of offers in top tech companies like Google, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, Stripe, and Jane Street.

Why do we need a community manager?

We have grown by several times in the last year and as our community is at the heart of what we do we now need a dedicated person for this role!

Responsibilities

• meet Outtalent applicants from around the world and answer their questions
• build strong relationships with Outtalent community members globally
• organize online and offline community events around the world
• identify and resolve issues in the community
• reward most supportive community members with gifts and other benefits
